]]> When guests book “The Combo” they are booking both “The Luxury Guesthouse Cabin” as well as “The Cozy Poolside Suite” for a great retreat stay!  (See Tour pages from home page on each for more info). The “Combo” can sleep up to 11 persons with both Accommodations. Details of both are outlined under each.

“Events” are also possible for staying/non-staying guests and guests may book either accommodation and arrange an event with owner for additional fees based on details of your event. BOOK for Special occasions to celebrate: anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, baby moons, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family gatherings, reunions, special romantic stays, or just friends getting together for a great GetAway!

‘Just a short 7 miles to downtown. Plenty of shopping, excellent restaurants, and great groceries nearby!

Casement windows wrap this architecturally unique Guesthouse Cabin with amazing treetop views for miles of the canyons of the Colorado River, otherwise known as “Lake Austin!” There are beaches and swimming holes in nearby neighborhood parks or guests may enjoy a short walk down to our private easement to the river with pier and small beach. Newly renovated pool/hot tub/covered pergola areas. We have Concierge to help you plan!

OCCUPANCY: Sleeps up to 8 with various choices of bedding.
Fully equipped kitchen, seats 10 with dining area, room for entertaining. Open concept design. 16′ peaked ceilings, Douglas fir trusses, granite, hardwoods, large private decks, fenced in backyard, fire pit, Weber. (See Tours on Home pages for more info/pics). 

BEDDING: KING , High end Ethan Allen Queen sleeper sofa. Other bedding for adults, children: Hi end Trundle/Daybed=2 twins, plus additional 2 Deluxe top line Queen blow ups (18″bed height), 2 twin blow ups, 2 roll outs or loungers for variety of other bedding to choose from for larger groups (glam /slumber party style)..

1 large bath-Tub/shower, luxury linens, toiletries, 10X mirrors. 

NOTE: *Guests may add: The “Cozy Poolside Suite” in Main House if available with private entrance. See “Combo.”
