“The property is conveniently located close to town, but is also secluded, as if it is in a world of its own. As advertised, the guest house is luxurious and spacious, and it is very romantic! It is also beautifully decorated with hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and the host’s original paintings. The pool is very nice and well maintained. “When i arrived at the guesthouse it was exactly as described…well appointed, clean, secluded, beautiful art work by the hostess and panoramic views. Nina had put together a delicious picnic basket, as requested by me. I took a nice leisure walk to the pier and relaxed with my toes dangling in the water as i enjoyed my lunch and wine! This was exactly what I needed. I would certainly recommend Nina’s guesthouse and will be looking forward to my next stay!”

Great Family Time
“Property is amazing Mrs. Nina kept in touch with us making sure we were OK or needed anything. Kids had a great time in the pool. They got to see deer roaming around in the morning. Kids enjoyed the fire pit making s’mores and hot dogs at night. The place is right in the middle of parks. Would recommend Emma Long Park and Hamilton Pool.”

“We’ve stayed a lot of vacation rentals around Austin and this is our absolute FAVORITE! It has close proximity into the city, that is truly a find in terms of being in an area that is not populated so that you are surrounded by nature and very upscale amenities. The hostess and property owner could not be more charming. She delivered hot chocolate, homemade croissants for one morning and her picnic basket was delightful to have down at the river. We are recommending this property to all of our friends! It is really wonderful!”
