With decades of trail experience across the U.S. and around the globe, Kirsten Tait is a seasoned hiker and backpacker who’s navigated everything from high-alpine terrain to desert canyons—often on multi-day trips with just a pack and a deep respect for the wild. A devoted lover of nature and wildlife, Kirsten brings a mindful approach to the outdoors, integrating breath work, yoga, and Pilates into both daily life and time on the trail. Rooted in the Texas Hill Country for over 30 years, Kirsten knows the local trail systems intimately and values both the quiet stillness of nature and the physical vitality that comes from moving through it. Guided by a lifelong commitment to health, wellness, and personal growth, Kirsten sees each hike as a chance to reconnect with the land, the body, and the self.

Kirsten is happy to work with all levels for shorter or longer hikes, strenuous, more easy relaxed, or just a stroll to a lovely resting spot to take in nature!  Kirsten also facilitates Pilates, water aerobics, and breath-work sessions.  Happy to work with all levels of fitness, whether it be the strenuous hike or a stroll through nature with the occasional rest and rejuvenate. There are so many excellent trails and places to explore in the Austin and Hill Country area and Kirsten is excited to guide your group!
