
Lily Oberg brings healing and happiness to others through nature, movement, and laughter. She has a diverse skill set as a Certified Pilates Instructor, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Outdoor Wilderness Survival Skills Instructor, and Local Improv Comedy Performer. As a retreat guide, she can offer classes in Pilates Mat Flow or Sculpt, Intuitive Movement, Intro to Comedy Improv, as well as nature walks with discussions on native flora and fauna, adventurous hikes of varying degrees of ease or difficulty, and outdoor games with a focus on team building. Whether you are looking for adventure, an opportunity to unwind in nature, laugh with your friends and loved ones, or elevate your fitness routine, Lily will make your experience one to remember!
Experience
Lily currently teaches group and private Pilates equipment classes at Shape Method Austin. She also teaches Mat Pilates and Intuitive Movement at Aurora House, a local woman’s art and movement collaborative. She leads an outdoor education program for teens called Fire Scouts that focuses on healing and healthy living through nature, primitive survival skills, camping, hiking, and paddling. Additionally, in her free time she is a performer at Comedy Sportz Austin, Austin’s longest running Improv Comedy Show, and is a member of an improv comedy troupe called Children of the Corndog, with whom she developed a mindfulness-inspired show called Adventures in Anxiety. Combining aspects of improv, movement, and healthy living.
