Guests “Customize” their choices and preferences:

Your dates for your stay or any retreat stays are chosen and must be booked/paid separately! To secure your dates, a reservation is required with total for stay (to include all guests, with their details disclosed and paid in full).

First, guests will Choose types of activities they would like with the survey. Your survey will be sent to us via email (you will also get a copy to your email) so you will be able to gather your group and discuss! (It’s fine to take the survey again once you have feedback from your group and choices are more refined and confirmed).  Deposit will then be due for coordination. We will then work to coordinate logistics and we will get back to you with approximate total pricing so at this time, you will be able to confirm or edit a couple (2-3 max please) of your choices. An additional deposit will be due at this time. We will then customize your preferences, work to arrange schedules, then coordinate all meals & activities for best results and confirm your dates!  For: 4, 6, or 8  night stays, and number of choices with retreat activities, cost range will of course vary.

For the “full days” of your stay, (all days not arriving or departing) choose to include:

  • 4-6 activities at least for 4 night stays,
  • 6-8 activities for 6 night stays, and
  • 8-10 or more activities for the longest retreat stay of 7-8 nights.

Please choose 2-3 more per every 2 full days, as backups for best scheduling. Include your groups preferences for Day trips, or longer activities such as hiking, performances, longer events, and be sure to include your/your groups preferences and choices with the surveys for some meals. If you don’t have all the info on individuals in your group, not to worry, just give us what you have and we can complete this later.  if you’re solo retreat traveler, put that and any preferences you’d like to include. Tickets or costs for performances or meals out will be responsibility of your group and paid separately, while we are happy to help you coordinate or make reservations. 

ALL deposits will be made by the designated person in your group with list of attendees’ information (names, ID, phone, and any dietary restrictions or info they’d like to share outlined  and sent to us with forms in survey).

*NOTE: Range of pricing is based on activities and meals chosen.  But these are of course divided amongst your group, so overall very competitively and affordably priced! IMPORTANT to NOTE also: We will always do our best to adhere to your first choices, but guests agree with booking to be somewhat flexible as alternative activities within your level or type of retreat may on occasion be substituted.  

Don’t have a group?

Let us try to create and schedule one for you w/ other retreaters who choose similar activities and levels of activities. NOTE: While we will do our best please keep in mind that this choice may not be as easy to coordinate your first or second choice of dates.   Also, it will likely be a smaller group and more costly, but you may specify if you’d prefer a smaller or larger group (bedding to range from more private to “slumber party” style accordingly.   *Simply fill out the surveys below, and give us details of your preferences on these details for retreating individually and we’ll work to group you with others and get back to you! Keep in mind that the coordinating deposit will still be due ahead and non-refundable if dates are not possible to coordinate with others. (as we will have done our best to accommodate).

NOTE:  When submitting as an individual (not with a pre-arranged group), rates will be a bit higher for smaller groups, and dates and scheduling may be more difficult to arrange and schedule with other like minding retreaters, so we ask that you be flexible and open to trying a few other activities than your 1st choices. Be sure to have a few back up choices and pay close attention to the “Type” of retreat you choose.  We’ll do our best to coordinate a FABULOUS RETREAT with your choices! 

NOTE: Individuals not submitting with a group, & wanting to be included with other solo retreaters in a group, are aware that accommodations are shared, “slumber party style” with no private rooms (unless you are booking the Poolside Suite for just yourself or one other), and will be accommodated with either the Luxury Guesthouse Cabin OR the Cozy Poolside Suite, sharing both bed/bathroom facilities depending on number of guests in group.  Bedding is strictly first come, first serve for choices in bedding as available. Guests arriving first (at or after check in timeframe) will choose their bed and maintain for duration of stay. Cleaning/admin fee is per stay not per day, so guests are asked to be respectful of other with their clean and tidy habits!  Or may request additional linens ( fee w/ self change).

Consult with your group and/or choose:

It’s fine to have varying ages within your group. Just let us know if level of activities or number of guests w/ activities will vary, or needs to vary for some of you and how! No problem!  We will work to coordinate (some activities may be scheduled simultaneously)

Please discuss with group or let us know individually on types of meals, dietary restrictions, allergies, and types of  meals or catering based on low to higher budget, so that we may do our best to accommodate accordingly. Please feel free to add any info you’d like us to consider about your group. 

NOTE: Personal Chef meals will be paid separately from  your cost of stay and cost of activities. These will be arranged and discussed between you and your Chef/s to be paid directly to Chef/s to ensure costs of groceries and types of meals, catering, serving, cleaning, are covered and no misunderstandings.  You may be assigned more than one Chef to meet your expectations as well as your schedule with activities and groups’ preferences. We will do our best to accommodate your choices, but the non-refundable deposits to your chef/s are due with initial discussion on choices and costs, so all guests agree with our policy to adhere to your initial choices once deposits (non-refundable if unable to re-coordinate) are paid as our Chefs will be holding your dates for your groups’ retreat and your consideration of them is appreciated. All group guests will pay directly to your groups’ designated person for collection or reimbursement. Chef/s chosen by us should be able to give you breakdown on individual amounts per person on meals chosen to coordinate w/ your details, and you/your group will initially pay a non-refundable deposit to hold the dates/times of meals, both for our schedule coordination with all activities and facilitators. There will be a deadline placed by your Chef/s for all deposits to be paid timely to “hold the schedule” as is appropriate.  *Catering and Family Style meals will typically be lowest overall rates, and guests are also welcome to choose from our “Add-On Baskets” (see menu bar in website) to supplement with snacks, appetizers, and/or “Breakfast Breads” or “Fixin’s” for breakfast Baskets for the number of persons in your group! Any of our properties “Add Ons” will be delivered fresh as appropriate to your accommodation w/ perishables placed in fridge/s. 

NOTE:  Guests are responsible for any/all performances and/ or meals (restaurants out)as well as transportation for this, not pre-paid and arranged ahead with this system, and there are a variety of excellent restaurants for dining in, carry out, and even some delivery, but these must be arranged around the pre-designated schedule of activities and Chef’s meals with your own transportation.

Costs for retreat activities:

For Retreat activities, guests will pay a (non-refundable) deposit on the total, this is an “Admin Fee for Coordinating & Scheduling” based on initial choices of activities and meals, so that we may reach out to our Team individually for availability to coordinate/confirm schedules. We will let you know asap (w/in a few days of your booking your dates) after reviewing your survey choices, the estimated amount for deposit or down payment for us to coordinate and schedule your activities and meals. 

*Rough per person (Keep in mind that this is divided amongst your group and # of guests. ESTIMATE of activities and meals w/ group size of 6-8 may range from 1K-2K for 4-6 night retreats, up to 3K or more for longer retreat stays of 7-8 nights w/ extensive classes or presentations, performances, and higher end personal Chef’s services. (Of course fewer guests may be slightly more to meet facilitators minimums and more guests will likely be less.) 

NOTE: This may change a bit a few days prior to your arrival for payment adjustment (to be a little more or less) depending upon availability of facilitators or chefs.  Roughly deposits will be about 1/4-1/2 of your total on activities-depending on your choices.  (This will vary based on number of activities or meals). But  for a group of 6-10 guests, approximately:  $950. (4-5 Night stays), $1350. (5-6  Night stays), $1750. and up for longer stays (7-8 Nights). Deposits are paid up front and then we do the rest! These deposits are non-refundable as they are for coordinating and scheduling as well as holding the time slots for all facilitators. Remainder amounts due on activities will be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival, and must be completed timely or some activities may be forfeited without refund. 

Facilitator Fees for Activities, presentations, performances:

Rates per-range from $125.-$625. and up, based on length of stay, #/type of activities chosen to coordinate/schedule. 1-2 hrs vs outside facilities, such as day trips w/ group discounts and self or arranged transport, vans, and/or performances.

Personal Chef catering, meals chosen, coordination for your stay, will be billed separately with costs and rates set by Chef assigned & based on details of group size and menus chosen. 

*Guest will pay the coordination/scheduling fee initially with deposit amount on activities, and then a non-refundable deposit will be established with Chef/s for payment to be made directly to each Chef, once we have arranged scheduling (to hold their schedule), and then remainder will be due in full at least 1-2 weeks prior to arrival or that activity will be forfeited.  This ensures smooth scheduling and to be fair to our facilitators and chefs who are arranging their schedules in advance for you! 

Note:  Meals prepared on site with personal chefs may range from a per person amount or a flat rate, plus cost of food.  With more elaborate upscale dining up to or estimate of $125./person (plus tax & gratuity) for a multi-course high end luxury experience.

1) The Nature Bathing and Senses Awakening Whole Body Wellness Retreat

Very nature oriented with hiking, swimming, relaxing and observing nature. Combines well with art workshops such as drawing outdoors workshops—all activities will be outdoors when possible. Don’t forget to add a couple of chef-prepared meals or a picnic! Consider at least one meal to be top-tiered, multi-course, prepared in our Art Studio gourmet kitchen and served to your group on our 19th-century farmhouse table!

2) The Immersive Experience, Exhilarating/ Exertion /Pump It Up Retreat

More aerobic and includes lots of strenuous exercise combined with down time meditation or other choices. Consider combining with daily meals served or catered onsite with all healthy nutrigenetic quality ingredients for the ultimate health experience!

3) The 6 -8 Day Yoga & Meditative Restoration Retreat

with all things Yoga-This is a longer retreat with focus on all types of yoga. Please designate preferences for other activities. Consider coupling with a day trip to several of the best local wineries with a catered lunch or brunch of healthy choices served before departure and coming back to an array of chef prepared appetizers and family style dinner, then a relaxing swim in the private pool with hot tub and roaring fire under the stars! Ah, the perfect day!

4) The Stress-Relief, Self Care, & Mindfulness Retreat

Stretching activities, water activities, sound meditation, spa treatments, and Presentations on self-care, health and well-being. Let us know if you’d like to combine some local (you choose the level) hiking and perhaps a nature-oriented drawing workshop on the grounds with professional artist/owner Nina Beall, and don’t forget the chef prepared meals for breakfast/brunch, light lunch or nutritious family style dinner with great conversation served on our 19th century farmhouse table in the Artist’ studio!

5) The Soulful Search, Easy Rehabilitation Retreat for Balance & Heightened Energy

Excellent for older guests or those wanting less aerobic and more easy beneficial activities, paired with nutritional or mindful presentations. Consider choosing a day trip to the Harry Ransom Center or the Blanton Museum and don’t forget to include several chef prepared meals throughout your stay for a relaxing experience that will send you home feeling energized and wanting to schedule again soon!

6) The Art Retreat Workshops Retreat

Best for 4-6-8 night stays) All Days will have at least 3 hour workshops in afternoons from 2-5. Guests may choose drawing or painting or both (Be sure to discuss materials needed to purchase ahead and bring with!). Other activities may be chosen per your preferences for morning activity. Don’t forget to include a breakfast basket w/ extras for a quick bite before your morning activity and then consider a catered or healthy picnic lunch prior to donning your artist’ apron to begin letting your creative juices flow! NOTE: Guests are welcome to choose 2 workshops per day-with morning workshops lasting 1.5-2 hrs and focusing on basics or critique of guests’ work done during the stay or brought from home. Follow up in the evening with perhaps one of our top tier personal Chef’s multi-course meals served on the owner’s great grandparent’s 19th century farmhouse table or in the artist’ studio.

7) The Simple Experience-Self Pampering, Spa Treatments, Spa & Wellness Retreat

Choose your other favorite activities or preferences from advanced facials, dermaplaning, hydra dermabrasion, chemical peels, eyelash lift & tint, eyebrow lamination & tint, and all types of waxing, facial and body massages, to your choices of activities with nutritional chef prepared meals or catering to focus on your bodies health from the inside out! Your skin is the largest organ in your body, so it pays to take good care of it! Consider adding a top tier nutrigenetic meal or two with bio-chemistry chef Heidi or a picnic lunch to take down to the river or poolside pergola and enjoy nature, and don’t forget to add a sound bowls emersion experience, a presentation or two on self-care and perhaps a tea ceremony with our excellent facilitators!

If you’re not familiar with Local Venues, just let us know your preferences for types of music, food, day trips, and we will work to focus on coordinating the personal chefs, meals out at noteworthy local restaurants (self-pay), ,and catering /coordinating meals with your groups’ choices in mind.

10) The Pre-Natal Retreat

Centers around and about everything for best nutrition, exercise, pampering, self-care, and relaxation. With activities chosen accordingly and lots of extra information and splurgy extras introduced to make this a relaxing and fun retreat. Such activities as presentations on pre-natal nutrition, best self-care practices, pre-natal massages, spa treatments, nature immersive activities, gentle water aerobics, stretching, and personal chefs with particular expertise and degrees in this focus for meals and treatments that are sure to be helpful and refreshing!

11) The Family Retreat

Can be customized with activities chosen to suit all ages and levels! Please be sure to include ages of each adult or child in your group and feel free to give us notes on what specific family members enjoy most! We will be doing our best to coordinate for both group activities, and separate children’s activities, pending ages and abilities, with having more than one facilitator working on various activities perhaps at the same time! Extremely young children, such as toddlers, infants, or under age 10 might not be as well suited of course for most of the activities, but we will be happy to consult with you and discuss details that might best work. NOTE: Activities that are more advanced for adults and not suitable for children should be coupled with activities for the children that might be something like outdoor activities and skills, or a hike around the property while parents are doing another activity on the property. All family members must be on the same property for activities.
