We are now offering a variety of small group retreats! Our retreats are unique in that guests may “customize” their “Type of Retreat,” choose several preferences for retreat activities, decide on meals and/or catering. There are types of retreats for any/all ages. We will cater to your age group and level of activities, with a wide range of choices per your survey’s. Meals are prepared by our team chefs with a variety of offerings in consideration of your budget, and coordination for day trips, massages, spa treatments, and more!
- Take the survey and submit, then we will respond back to you to coordinate per your preferences and dates! You may take the survey as a group or individually within your group, and we will work to coordinate accordingly.
- Gather your group of 1-10! Or take the survey by yourself and we’ll work to coordinate you with a group of other individuals who are interested in same choices with the retreat that suits you best!
- We’ll calculate amounts for your chosen activities and answer questions.
- Choose or specify a few possibilities for dates, based on number of nights and request available dates with your group. Then you’ll each submit your deposit to hold your spot! (*We can invoice each guest personally as we work to complete the gateway.)
Sleeping accommodations, Meals & Snacks, Activities, and Costs:
Sleeping Accommodations are “luxury slumber party style” with 2 large shared bathrooms, the Luxury Guesthouse Cabin and the Cozy Poolside Suite. Comfy beds throughout (no bunk beds or undersized cots, and bedding is on a first come, first serve basis w/ all guests being respectful of others.
Meals & Catering:
- Catering to each group’s preferences and individuals’ dietary needs!
- Our Chefs will work to structure your meals & catering to your budget as possible. We also offer our “Specialty Add Ons“ to further enhance your stay and cater to budgetary needs!
Activities:
Individuals may choose to opt out of some of the activities and just relax, as long as the remaining individuals or group meets the minimum persons/costs of an activity.
Costs:
- Pricing is individually for the retreat accommodations to include additional activities (We will do our best to accommodate as many of your choices and coordinate for your group’s choices as possible.. Each retreat guest submits their Deposit to reserve spot. Additional activities & meals are arranged and priced according to each of the individual facilitators’ costs. *We will make suggestions based on your groups preferences on all factors as a whole.

Individual Deposits & amounts for Retreat Accommodations, Activities, Meals
3 nights: $1850/person (Accommodation)
+ Activities (10-15) of your specific choices of activities-total based on Tiers, time, size of group, and associated expenses. General Range of $650-$1750 TBD (plus tips).
NOTE: Individual choices on spa treatments may be billed separately and paid directly with potential group discounts to the facility or technician/massage therapist/etc.for best rates, with amounts included in the overal range of costs.
+Meals TBD per choices-Discussed & Paid directly with Chef, or w/ Add Ons. May include continental or light breakfast and some snacks.
4 nights: $2450/person (Accommodation)
+ Activities–(15-22)–of your specific choices of activities-total based on Tiers, time, size of group, and associated expenses –General Range of $1050–$2250 TBD (plus tips).
NOTE: Individual choices on spa treatments may be billed separately and paid directly with potential group discounts to the facility or technician/massage therapist/etc., for best rates, with amounts included in the overal range of costs.
+Meals TBD per choices-Discussed & Paid directly with Chef, or w/ Add Ons. May include continental or light breakfast and some snacks..
5 nights: $3050/person (Accommodation)
+ Activities (20-26)–of your specific choices of activities-total based on Tiers, time, size of group, and associated expenses –General Range of $1250-$2650 TBD (plus tips).
NOTE: Individual choices on spa treatments may be billed separately and paid directly with potential group discounts to the facility or technician/massage therapist/etc., for best rates, with amounts included in the overal range of costs.
+Meals TBD per choices-Discussed & Paid directly with Chef, or w/ Add Ons. May include continental or light breakfast and some snacks.
Each guest pays a non-refundable $500 deposit to “Hold their Spot”. This will be applied to each person’s accommodation payment later.

1. What is included in the individual rate?
- Your Accommodation for sleeping

- Scheduled Access with host to the private river easement with pier and beach (*Bring you own beach towels)

2. Is transportation to the retreat included?
Transportation to/from the retreat is not included in the accommodations payment. Transportation to outside activities such as trips to/from hiking locations, carpools to mani/pedi, spa type activities, locations, or other “away from property” types of activities, such as Day trips for Wineries, etc., will have bus, or vehicle transportation included in the pricing unless otherwise specified.
3. Are there any age restrictions on the retreat?
All guests for retreat activities must be over age 10, and any children under 21, accompanied and in the presence of an adult. This would be for a family retreat or special group retreat of parent/child retreats. Otherwise, we offer a variety of activities for ALL AGES of adults up to able bodied seniors. All guests will verify that they are not in need of ADA compliance, and will sign waivers prior to arrival or participating in any activities, as there are stairs, hills, and guests must be physically able to easily traverse the property and enjoy all facilities.
4. What is the cancellation policy for the retreat?
All deposits($500/individual) to HOLD YOUR SPOT, are nonrefundable. This payment is applied to our work to schedule and coordinate you retreat and is part of your accommodations payment . All individual payments for remainder of the accommodations payments are nonrefundable unless cancelled 90 days prior to arrival date. Guests may transfer their accommodations payment to a replacement guest in your group w/ coordination with our staff up to 30 days prior to arrival and if replacement assumes all payments for activities chosen as per the group’s choices and availability to schedule . Payments made for activities, facilitators, or Chefs/meals, are subject to a nonrefundable deposit, and remaining amounts due timely for each per deadline outlined, and may be subject to forfeiture if cancelled past deadline.
5. Can I request special dietary accomodations?
Yes, Absolutely! Each guest may request special dietary accommodations and these may be arranged with your personal chef for meals. Guests are responsible for full disclosure with each personal chef on allergies or dietary preferences. Off site meals or when ordering “Specialty Baskets” for your group, are responsibility of guests to disclose and oversee their own allergies. “Add Ons” must be selected and paid for at least a week prior to arrival for prep time and freshness.
6. Will there be free time during the retreat?
Yes! In fact we recommend that retreat groups that book for 4 night stays or more, request to add at least 1 flat rate extra day for a “free day.” (no activities or meals pre-arranged with team, unless perhaps personal Chef meals or catering is desired). Transportation, tickets or costs for performances or meals out will be responsibility of your group and paid separately, while we are happy to help you coordinate or make suggestions, and/or reservations. Some “Free time” at the property is included per your request with your accommodations payment, and all rental agreement terms and house rules apply throughout your stay.
7. What should I bring to the retreat?
Guests are responsible for bringing any all clothing appropriate for your activities: equipment such as work out clothes, meals out, day trips, pilates or yoga mats, desired weights for lifting activities, sunscreen, an extra pool towel, at least one beach towel for the river, personal thermal water container, personal facecloth or makeup remover towelettes, personal toiletries, workout shoes, flip flops for beach and pool, and any other personal items needed. Bag size should be limited to a carry on size only, a couple of hang up clothes or small hang up bag, and one personal purse or small backpack to be considerate of others w/your accommodation space.
8. What is the timeline for making payments?
Your personal “Hold your spot” nonrefundable deposit of $500. is due with all group members making payment within 24 hours of securing their dates. The remainder of each persons’ “Accommodation payment” is due at minimum, 30 days prior to arrival date. Payments not made timely will forfeit your spot and may forfeit your stay. All payments for activities and meals, catering, or Add Ons are also due to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your retreat arrival date. *No exceptions, except for “Add Ons’ which are due at least one week ahead. All groups are responsible for securing activities payments in full if group members drop out (remaining group members will cover or find replacement timely).
9. What are the sleeping arrangements like?
Sleeping arrangements are “luxury slumber party style” with no private rooms unless you are booking the Poolside Suite for just yourself or one other to share the bath w/ full (+$300.) or daybed choice (+$200.) of room and paying ahead with increase in individual pricing paid separately w/ invoice to secure on first come first serve basis. Poolside Suite will share the large bath with the rest of the group for pool area activities. Bedding is strictly first come, first serve for choices in bedding as available. Guests arriving first (at or after check in timeframe) will choose their bed and maintain for duration of stay.
10. How are the meals organized?
Please appoint a designated person in your group for final count and list of attendees’ information to include: names, copy of photo ID such as drivers’ license, phone, email address, and any dietary restrictions or info they’d like to share outlined and sent to us (as well as your chef once coordinated by us) with forms in survey. We will organize and schedule meals in coordination with your activities, and each group/individual is responsible for discussing and making selections on meals w/ budgets and allergies considered. (We will help, but we have a wide range of chefs and recommend a bit of variety with meals, as we work to coordinate w/ your schedule. We will put you in touch w/ chefs best suited for your preferences, and budget, and then you will discuss directly and make payments w/deposits and final amounts all paid, as confirmed. Then once all payments are confirmed made, we will send your finalized schedules to you. This applies to personal chef prepared meals, catering, and any requests for meals out.
11. What's not included?
Transportation to/from day or other trips if not prearranged as a paid activity, with paid ahead transportation, will be your own responsibility. Any equipment needed for activities such as yoga or pilates mats, beach towels for river and personal/ additional optional pool towel, snacks, thermal water bottle, personal toiletries or hygiene items, extra towel sets. Workshops may require some additional supplies, and lists will be supplied ahead so you’ll have plenty of time to acquire and bring with.
For 4 or more nights retreats: guests may choose to have 1-2 of their days be “free days” of their own choosing for local activities. We will likely schedule the free days for the end of your retreat. OR Check box to “Choose to: Add an EXTRA night or two for a FLAT RATE w/o meals or activities.”
Please let us know if you’d like to add an extra night or two at a per person (reduced) rate depending on number of persons in your group that would like to extend their stay, without any activities or personal chef prepared meals. We are happy to make suggestions but guests are responsible for all choice of activities on free days and all transportation and costs on these extra days. Extra days beyond “group days” must be requested and confirmed with payment if available at least 30 days prior to arrival.
