• Additional small separate office/library,  daybed, workdesk, chair coffee/tea service, books.
• Luxurious newly renovated pool with in ground luxurious large hot tub/new pergola, loungers, Fireplace, just outside your door. (OPTIONAL heating per terms). Be enveloped by nature surrounding you with views overlooking adjacent porches, with small dining table, swings, and elevated pool area! 
• Large bath, wall to wall mirrors, tub/shower,  excellent lighting, double sinks, towel warmer, plush towels, toiletries. 
• Short walk to private easement to “Lake Austin” access with pier, beach, huge old bald cypress trees to shade your picnic spot!
