Brandy Gibbs is a private chef with 25 years of hospitality business ownership and a beloved local following, now specializing in freelance opportunities, small dinner parties and intimate special occasion catering. Brandy trained in San Francisco and spent time in the Florida Keys before coming home to Austin to establish Fine Home Dining in 2000. Her cuisine ranges from Mediterranean to southwestern, southern fare or Asian flavors, focusing on organic and locally grown ingredients with a health minded approach. Chef Brandy is happy to work with dietary restrictions if arranged in advance. Available for: full-service meals, brunch, lunch, picnic fare, simple or elaborate dinners, retreat catering or drop off prepared meals.
