Meet Heidi Gerlink: Certified Yoga Instructor

Heidi Gerlink teaches a wide variety of yoga classes tailored to diverse body needs and stages of life.
Moreover, she creates inclusive and healing spaces for all experience levels—from beginners to advanced yogis.


Yoga Credentials and Ongoing Training

Heidi earned her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Practice Yoga Austin in 2017.
Additionally, she completed a 20-hour Yoga Alliance training in Functional Yoga Anatomy.
In May 2024, she earned her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Certification from Austin Prenatal Yoga in Austin, Texas.
She continues expanding her expertise through specialized yoga education focused on support and functionality.
