Lisa Brownlee

Lisa Brownlee can teach any functional fitness style class, bootcamp, strength, TABATA, Stretching, Balance, Hiking, and water aerobics. She is working on her Tai Chi certification as well.  Lisa is very experienced in fitness specialties and also managed a nearby Gold’s Gym for 7 years. As a mom of 2 she is also experienced with pre-/post- natal fitness.

Lisa Brownlee has been personal training and teaching group classes for the past 15 years. She specializes in functional training, bootcamps, strength and corrective exercise. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and has experience working with clients ages 2 to 92.

Lisa is a believer that movement and food are medicine and loves guiding others on their journey to and through a healthy lifestyle. While not everyone can move the same, she believes everyone should move and enjoys teaching them how to do so safely.
