Casement windows wrap this architecturally unique Guesthouse Cabin with amazing views for miles! Canyons of the Colorado River are seen otherwise known as “Lake Austin.” There are expanses of beaches and piers in a nearby neighborhood private park or our little private easement with pier and small beach within walking distance, and hiking trails galore nearby, should anyone like to go for a refreshing swim, fish, hike, or enjoy a gourmet picnic prepared especially for you with one of our Specialty Picnic Baskets, under the huge old cypress trees.

Sleeps up to 8 with various choices of bedding. *Please discuss with owner for your group to sleep most comfortably!
Fully equipped kitchen, full sized appliances, dining/seating for 10+, room for entertaining. Crate & Barrel King in master suite, large bath with tub/shower, Daybed w/trundle, Ethan Allen queen sleeper sofa, variety of other bedding. Open concept design has that truly “open to nature, peace and tranquility” feel! Adorned with high 16' peaked ceilings, Douglas fir trusses, elm hardwoods, slate, granite, large private deck, fenced in backyard, fire pit!

OCCUPANCY: Double occupancy; or can accommodate up to 6 additional occupants ($55./per night).
BEDDING: KING with Crate and Barrel frame and mattresses in Master, new Ethan Allen Queen sleeper sofa. Other bedding for adults or children: Hi end Trundle/Daybed=2 twins, plus additional guests’ bedding includes: 2 Deluxe top line Queen blow ups (18″bed height), 2 twin blow ups, 2 roll outs or loungers.

1 large bath-Tub/shower, luxury linens, toiletries, 2-10X lighted mirrors.

NOTE: *Guests may add: The “Cozy Poolside Suite” in Main House with private entrance. See “Combo.”

*Just a short drive (7 miles to downtown, rainy street, breweries, day-trip to hundreds of wineries (just 20 minutes to 1st on our complimentary map!), or a beautiful hill country drive!  Enjoy a short walk to our private easement to the river- for pier, beach, shade. Or choose from a multitude of hiking trails, movie theaters, and LOTS of excellent gourmet restaurants! Plenty of shopping, great groceries nearby too!
