Casement windows wrap this architecturally unique Guesthouse Cabin with amazing views for miles! Canyons of the Colorado River, otherwise known as “Lake Austin” from the treetop views! There are expanses of beaches and swimming holes in nearby neighborhood parks or guests may enjoy strolling down to our little private easement to the river within walking distance. Hiking trails galore nearby. Or should anyone like to go for a refreshing swim, fish, hike, or enjoy a gourmet picnic under the huge old cypress trees, prepared especially for guests with one of our Specialty Picnic Baskets (see "Customize pages). We have tailgate chairs, coolers to loan, and excellent Concierge to help you plan!
Sleeps up to 8 with various choices of bedding. *Please discuss with owner for your group to sleep most comfortably!

Other bedding for adults or children: Hi end Trundle/Daybed=2 twins, plus additional guests’ bedding includes: 2 Deluxe top line Queen blow ups (18″bed height), 2 twin blow ups, 2 roll outs or loungers for variety of other beddingto choose from for larger groups (glam /slumber party style)..
