“The Rivery Retreat” offers a variety of optional “Add Ons” or customizable retreat activities to upgrade your stay!
Customize your stay! Add a Specialty Basket for breakfast, lunch, picnic, or dinner. We offer an array of homemade goodies, or charcuterie board, easy snacks, or appetizers before going out to dinner or having around the pool! We can stock your fridge with all your favorites BEFORE your arrival! Celebrate special occasions with custom floral arrangements! Include hot tub package/s per your preference. These offerings are great for “retreat stays” or for “grab & go!”
We have a team of excellent Chefs! Meals may be served in the Guesthouse Cabin or our large gourmet kitchen adjacent to the Artist’ Studio.

All “Baskets” contain the freshest of ingredients shopped locally and widely for exceptional results, and delivered to your fridge or countertop as appropriate just prior to your arrival in owners’ baskets for optimal freshness!

OUR BASKETS: Pricing below based on 2 persons- but usually ample for 4-6 or more, and more than one generous feasting! Ask questions to best suit your choice of baskets/beverages! Smaller baskets at your request will have $10/person added over 2 persons to ensure multiple sharings. Add $20 per additional person over 4 (and for larger portions/more items/additional beverages). See details on each. Be aware that these Specialty baskets are great for arrival and additional snacking throughout your stay, and for small retreat groups up to 11 guests.

1.) $255. DELUXE WELCOME BASKET FOR 2-4 (or even 6-8+ with consideration of # of helpings): Includes: One of our 90+rated wines (may substitute for choice of drink. Example: red/white wines, champagne, beer. Or upgrade wine to top tier-add $25.), Gourmet Cheeses, crackers, salami sausage, dip, etc., seasonal fruits, movie popcorn, chocolates, truffles, or cookies. Perfect for arrival of your group, “Grab n Go” fare, or with addition of breakfast bread. Lots of snacks, treats! A complete package for your stay! Enjoy any time! Appetizers/snacks for pool, getting ready to go out, or while waiting on delivery from one of the FABULOUS restaurants in the area, after dinner treats, or movie munchies! INCLUDES a nice full loaf of gourmet breakfast bread! More than 4 persons? Add $20/guest for multiple feasts, more beverages, & plentiful items!
2.) $195. WINE/CHEESE/S BASKET FOR 2-4, w/ medium priced wine. Or specify top tier wine+$25. A very nice basket consisting of one of our 90+ rated wines, along w/ assortment of 3-4 gourmet cheese/s, variety of crackers, bread sticks, seasonal fruit/s, etc. Plenty for more than one day! *May include a nice gourmet breakfast bread loaf, with condiments if you’d like add+$25. More than 4 persons? Add $20/guest for multiple feasts, xtra bottles of beverages, plentiful items!
3.) $195. CHARCUTERIE BOARD FIXIN’S FOR 2-4 or more. A nice and plentiful array of cured meats, multiple gourmet cheeses, condiments and goodies surrounded by foods that compliment those meats/cheeses, such as dips, spreads, fruits, nuts, jams, relishes, pickled goodies, olives, peppers, crackers and/or a nice baguette! Plenty for more than one day! Delivered in one or more of owners’ baskets with fixin’s in containers or proper packaging for using owner’s charcuterie board/s, easy to arrange and serve! Enjoy from bar, table of guesthouse, or out on the deck, fire pit, fireplace, or poolside! More than 4 persons? Add $20/guest for adding additional, more plentiful items!

Deluxe-“Do It Yourself Breakfast Fixin’s”: (feeds2-4 for 2-4days): A LOT OF BREAKFASTS!: A dozen (or 2 for larger groups) farm fresh organic eggs, wholesome/no preservatives/ GMOs-Turkey sausages/bacon/Canadian Bacon-or veggie if you prefer, a nice variety of seasonal fruits, choice of: English muffins, sour dough, plain or cinnamon bagels (w/ whipped cream cheese, Butter), or Banana Nut, Lemon Blueberry, or some other gourmet fresh and scrumptious loaf! May include 3 ingredients for omelettes: (ex: baby spinach, green onions, cheese, ham, bell pepper, tomatoes). Choice of 2 meats. Add “smoked Salmon” or “Lox” w/ bagels/cream cheese, tomatoes and green onions or capers if you’d like-(Add $35.)
2.) $95. Breakfast Breads Basket-An assortment of Continental breakfast breads, pastries, loaves, and/or rolls, fruit, condiments, plus other goodies. Let us know if you have any special requests (smoked salmon/bagels? Just add $25. and specify your preference), we try to accommodate your numbe of guests accordinagly~ (plenty for 2-6 persons and: 2-3 or more mornings, and snacks in between!) Great for grab and go on your way out!
3.) $175. Fuller Breakfast for 2-3persons-Usually more than 1 breakfast! Adds several items to the Continental Breakfast Bread item-Delivered to room in Owner’s Basket fresh and prior to arrival. Items such as quiche and pre-cooked/ easy to heat in microwave quiche and meats. (Ideal for poolside suite)!

1.)$85. Homemade Cherry Pie-Delicious recipe from the owner’s mom, a fabulously great cook, w/ tart cherries, wonderfully flaky crust, lads of fruit and just a hint of almond! (Must be ordered a few days ahead of arrival) 1 pie-$85, 2 pies-$140, 3 pies-$185.
2.)$175. Dutch Oven Pot Roast-Feeds 4-6- for more than one meal. Great for open faced sandwiches or pair with our green bean casserole, or a baked potato. Loads of: tender meat in gravy, and an array of 2-3 veggies such as onions, carrots, potatoes, or bell peppers,or mushrooms , cooked slowly and deliciously with a hint of garlic and other yummy seasonings!
3.)$45. Southern Green Bean Casserole or fresh tender green beans-Feeds 4-6 for 1 meal, or add $20/person for more! A great side for our gourmet pot roast, and a standard southern recipe for holidays and any time!
FRIDGE STOCKING: Average $50. (2 full bags delivered) Let us do the shopping for you and stock your fridge so all you have to do is RELAX and ENJOY! ‘Just give us your list and we’ll have it all there for your arrival! Reasonable rates with $25-30 per bag quoted ahead with your list,(incl. bulk items such as pack of drinks) + payment on copy of receipts/items. W/ receipts provided prior to delivery for payment.
*Note: One Mini Hot Tub Package for up to an hour of heating/soaking w/complimentary wood setup is included with stays of 4 nights or more when booked directly (not 3rd party platform)! Just let us know when you’d like to schedule!
*Adding MORE Hot Tub Packages will help to heat the pool in cooler months! Just ask for rates on further pool heating per terms.

DELUXE HOT TUB PACKAGES: Per your choice day/night~includes: Complimentary wood setup.
We request you schedule a few hours or days ahead for wood and to set up on timer in case we are out! Also to coordinate w/ potential burn bans. *May include limited pool heat if temps avg. 65 or above-or additional heat to pool in warmer months! NOTE*: In warmer weather, hot tub will stay heated up to an hour after heating.

-$255. Winter/Fall (Oct 1-May 15) Deluxe pkgs include up to 2.5-hrs heating/running-set ahead on timer. (* When temps allow in spring/fall, may discount to $225.)

-$85. Summer Mini pkg. (May15-Oct 1) Mini’s include 1 hour heating/running, and a small Complimentary wood setup (Add more wood set ups for $25.ea)
-$165. Fall/Winter Mini’s-(Oct 1-May 15) include 1.5 hr heating/running, (Or $125. Spring/fall warmer temps allow-avg. -1 hour $95.)
POOL HEATING:
NOTE:*3 or more night/s bookings-admin fees may include complimentary limited pool heat per terms if temps avg. 65 or above for the week-or additional heat to pool in warmer months! Pool heating available by request-fees are based on time of year / average temperature per terms. We request guests schedule at least a few hours or day ahead for wood set ups, timer for heating, in case we are out! Any fires must check to coordinate w/ potential burn bans for usage of fireplace / fire pit. NOTE*Pool heating fees range from $155-$225. /day pending average of outdoor temperatures. Time needed to pre-heat pool varies pending weather.
